Your case can be touched for many reasons. A touch does not necessarily mean an imminent approval, although it is always good to know that they are actively working on your case.

Can someone please tell me what you mean by 'touched'? I don't know if our case has been touched or not.

Touching and being approved is a random thing. People get approved without any touches, and people get tons of touches and no approval following in their heels.
