DS-230 Question

My husband and I are preparing our documents for the NVC and noticed some problems with his city of birth on some of the documents. My husband was born:

district LA VICTORIA

province CHICLAYO

apartment LAMBAYEQUE

country PERU

On his birth certificate it has Chiclayo as his city of birth, however, on his passport they put place of birth as Lambayeque. For people who have been through the NVC, do you think that this will cause an RFE? I am planning on including an explanation of the differences and a map of the area. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? I am afraid this will cause a delay in our process.

My husband's birth certificate was registered in Nauta. It says his place of birth is

Local: caserio Jaldar

District: Sapuena

Province: Requeña

On his passport it says he was born in Loreto. (a department)

On his DS-230 I put: Caserio Jaldar Loreto Peru

We had no problems with this and did not include an explanation of anything.
