First, I want to thank you community for all the help that's been provided so far.

Second, my question is, if my fiancee (beneficiary) did not get chosen in the lottery for an H1-B Visa (Work Visa) last year, was she refused a visa (Question #31) or not? I'm guessing the answer is no, but better to be safe than sorry. Any help would be appreciated.

the answer is no - not being selected isn't a denial for a visa.
