why it takes so long??? usually at least 1 week u can have the interview appointment called when u have the mnl case number... and then you can go to st lukes anytime of the working days if u have the interview appointment...

She is CR1/IR1....NVC will schedule your interview when they are done with your case. HUbby will get notice before you do.

12-09-08 - INTERVIEW @ 6:30AM...God be with us! --- APPROVED!!!

12-11-08 - VISAS RECEIVED....YAHOOOOO!!!

04-07-09 - POE: Chicago O'hare

04-28-09 - received SSN's (after having to apply for them personally!!!!)

04-30-09 - Received our 2-year GREEN CARDS

01-07-09 - ROC, here we come!!!

01-18-11 - Mailed out I-751

She is CR1/IR1....NVC will schedule your interview when they are done with your case. HUbby will get notice before you do.

oo nga i forgot to post my timeline. kc whenever i look at a forum or vj profile i looked and see to it that its the same as my category by looking on the left side just below the profile picture.

So what do you mean by the nvc will schedule our interview when they are done with our case? they told me that my case is complete last jan. 7... does it mean that its not totally complete yet??? :(

If your case was complete Jan 7th, your husband should be receiving a letter from them soon...is basically a copy of that same appointmnt letter that you will be receiving. You may want to tell your hubby to make NVC kulit and ask for your sched...is what mine did so that I knew my sched before he got their letter :D

Dont worry darating na yon. mine was completed Dec 8 and yet Jan ko pa nalama ang schedule ng interview ng asawa ko.

Every 2nd week sila nag-iischedule but tingin ko March na ang interview mo.

Ingat.

Dec. 01, 2005 - Applied I-130 PR

Dec. 08, 2005 - Received NOA1

Sep. 28, 2008 - Called CSC to upgrade I-130 TO IR1

Oct. 08, 2008 - Received a letter from CSC

Oct. 17, 2008 - I-130 petition approved (online)

Oct. 22, 2008 - NOA2 received by mail

Oct. 29, 2008 - DS3032 and AOS generated

Oct. 30, 2008 - DS3032 sent to NVC via email

Nov. 01, 2008 - Receive DS3032 and AOS Bill by mail - DS3032 sent to NVC by mail

Nov. 01, 2008 - Paid AOS online

Nov. 04, 2008 - DS3032 received by NVC
