Congrats ! :dance:

Dear all,

MY 1-130 and 129-F petitions were approved on 09th january ,I got to know through email alert. This is the most awaited moment since we filed the petition . I wish and hope all the fellow VJ family petions get approved soon........ :dance: :dance

Oct 13, 2008 - I-130 Delivered to Chicago Lockbox

Oct 20, 2008 - Checks cashed by USCIS

Oct 24, 2008 - NOA1 (I-130)

Oct 25, 2008 - I-129F Sent to CSC

Oct 29, 2008 - I-129F Received at CSC

Oct 30, 2008 - NOA1 for I-129F mailed to me - received 11/22/08 because of address change

Oct 31, 2008 - I-130 Touched

Nov 3, 2008 - I-130 Touched

Nov 18, 2008 - I-129F Touched

Nov 20, 2008 - I-130 (for step daughter) Touched

Feb 17, 2009 - Case received by the NVC

Feb 25, 2009 - Received letter from NVC dated Feb 20th saying they had received my approved I-129F

Feb 27, 2009 - Received 2 letters from NVC dated Feb 20th - they had received both approved I-130's

Mar 6, 2009 - Medical for Ksenia & Sasha completed in Kiev. Everything is great.

Mar 9, 2009 - Called NVC and found out our K3 is in "administrative processing"

Apr 6, 2009 - OUT OF A.P. !!! File being sent to Kiev !

May 5, 2009 - K3 interview in Kiev! APPROVED !!!

July 12, 2009 - ARRIVAL IN USA !!!

Congratulations! We just found out that both our I-129F and I-130 were approved on 9 January too! We were at the VSC and this totally surprised us! All I did was send them emails for about a week and they told me there was nothing they could do. But, on my last email I told them how much I appreciated their hard work and for taking the time to answer my questions, then the next day, Approved! I don't know if my kind words are what did it, but that was awesome!

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

Aug 07,09 Passport submitted

Aug 07,09 USEM is requesting applicant's passport :)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

Sep 26,09 REUNION :)

Congratulations! Our I130 got approved on january 9 too. I just read my email today since i wasnt expecting it to be approved so soon. We're actually planning to do K3 but now we're not sure yet. Haven't talked to my husband about it yet. Can we still file I-129F even if I130 is already approved? Just wondering. Thanks!

I appreciate all your happiness on my approval, Hope VSC officials give best new year gift to all the waiting couple with long distance relationship by fast approvals,ATK I have not sent any mails to VSC I got to know about approvals throgh USCIS mail alert.
