does anybody from the philippines done with interview using K1 visa with co-sponsor?

allow us to know here if the co sponsor allows in the philippines,?

been working before but due to transferring

my company from other state, i resign..then i start learning again went back to school have some degree but due to economic crisis..which is the recession i cant find work right away.i just finished my schooling last dec 08.

Not really understanding what you are asking.

If the petitioner has a co-sponsor, and that sponsor can meet the requirements, there should be no issue.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

PI allows co sponsors most of the time.

i have a co-sponsor too because im still lookin for a job... i believe that it is allowed as long as that person has enough income to support you... just pray my friend.. there's no harm in tryin..

Using a co sponsor at USEM has been debated for years. Bottomline is "most" of the time they allow it.

Better if you don't!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

My fiance got laid off today and we are planning to have his brother as a co-sponsor.WHat did you do guys? Did you fill up a form or u make a letter? How to do that? Don't have any idea here. PLs let me know

U said that u are sing a co-sponsor, how did u do that? Did your co-sponsor filled up another form or did he make a letter? Pls let me know.....
