 We got NOA1 on February 3rd, with a receipt date of January 31, but we can't pull up our information. Customer service desk is also unable to see it. Only the caseworkers are able to see it and say that everything is ok. Anybody else had this problem?

Be patient and wait. It might take up to a month for the information to show up online. Some people was never able to track their petitions online and everything went through fine. The online stuff is just for information, it has no bearing on the petition.

Thank you so much. It's hard to know if you are an isolated case, and adds uncertainty and extra stress to the process.

see my post here case # not showing up I have found several people online who have their NOA in the last few weeks and are not showing up either online or if you call in either. Seems really weird to me that you wouldn't at least be in the system when you phone the 800 #. I am trying to be patient, but I have a pit in my stomach because they stamped a diff number on my check and neither #s are coming up.

How did you get the caseworkers to "see it" like you said in your post? I couldn't get anyone live, but maybe I didn't try hard enough.
