It's too bad. My interview is on Jan 22. Did you have your medical already? Are you ready with the evidences you need to present at the Embassy? My hubby and I are so excited. If the interview on Jan 22 is a success, we're going to be finally be together! I'm excited. Good luck to you!

I-130 Sent : 2007-01 (forgot the exact date)

I-130 NOA1 : 2007-03-07

Upgrade notification thru mail sent: 2008-09-12

LUD: 2008-09-19

Upgrade notification thru phone: 2008-09-19

LUD: 2008-09-22

LUD: 2008-09-23

I-130 NOA2: 2008-09-25 (after 6 days of notification through phone)

NVC received case (case number assigned): 2008-09-30

(Hubby in the US) received AOS bill and DS-3032: 2008-10-10

i was suppose to have my interview today but i reschedule it to the 26th,, i havent done my medical yet... my case was being expedited im going to pay for IV fee and submit our I-864 and everything during the interview so im VERY nervous...

when will u have your medical? maybe we can keep in touch im planning to have it a week before my interview
