I-134 Question

In section 8 of the I-134 Affidavit of support, it asks to list any persons that are dependant. Since My fiance is divorced and her ex husband pays child maintenance would she answer that she is partially

dependant of them or would she still have to answer as being wholly dependant. Sorry if the answer to this is obvious but we want to be as accurate as possible.

Thanks :)

Does she claim them on her income tax? Is she claiming court ordered child support as income?

To clarify, the question is whether the children are dependant or partially dependant on her, not the other way around.
