Guys bunch of questions in regards to I-134

1) Should I send the I-134 with the I-129f when mailing the package

2) If I make more $50,000 , do I need to show that I have money in the bank. Cause I do not have more than $200 in the bank, does that matter

3) What else should I attach along with an employment verification letter from my company. Paystubs,

Please advice

1. Not needed for the application. Will need it with the interview

2/3. You make more than enough to meet the need. You do not need money in the bank, unless you are using that to make up the difference for the 134.

You will need current pay stubs, letter from your boss, etc.. to prove you make it. Also, get the last three years of your IRS paperwork.

As the pizzadude says, read the links he gave - most, if not all your answers will be found there!

Good luck!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
