I have a friend who is in the K1 visa process and her medical is schedule in two weeks and her visa interview is on the 29th of this month. And we just found out about the document verification through browsing over the internet. I told her to go ahead and pay itaccording to the information I gathered. She went to Metrobank branch in Masinag, Antipolo and ready to pay for it but the bank officer told her that they didn't know about that kind of fees. We are so really confuse about this. Is it really can affect/delay her visa? Please help as she is really confuse about what is really going on regarding this...

Thanks in advance!
