Well, there are two forms of evidence that are required to be successful removing conditions on a green card. We just had our landlord, never had to renew the lease after the first year, sign a letter I wrote stating that she is living with me and the landlord sees us together when she works on the lawn etc. The letter stated that there was no reason for a new lease because the lease went month to month after the first year.

Did not have an interview for 10 year card.
