Time will reveal all. It doesn't take an advanced degree to figure out what is going on. The posts here document the time line. And yes it is disgusting to see someone abuse the system in order to run away from their home country. Too many real couples suffer unneeded separation because of such pigs. I think the interview process is unbelievably flawed and really needs more modern methods to sort out the truthful couples from the fraudulent idiots and that when there is concrete scientific proof of fraud they should be given a lifetime ban. I also think that everyone should have wait out the visa process in their home countries. There are such huge disparities in this process that it is no equality in it. They should do away with adjust status from other visas and create an equal process for all that involves lie detectors instead of interviews.

Galaxy,

If you have such a wide base of individuals who are / have gone through the immigration process, why are you posting here rather than asking those who have already travelled this journey?

Sorry - but I am not easily blinded.

Its better to go into things with knowledge than blindley dont you think??? Last i checked this board was to help in advise on things and to have more than one person say this is soo. I'ts better to have multiple comments that are the same so your facts are better backed up. There have been many misleading statements all through visa journey so when one posts questions along this line its better to post it thru portals so u get multiple responses so that you have a better knowledge that what one thought was actually a FACT and not just hear say.

Last I checked, my comment was specifically directed to Galaxy.

ALL things work TOGETHER for GOOD!

Boaz you make it sound as if one has completed the immigration taht they no longer need to be on this board but according to ur history u just did your adjustment of status - Wrong! According to my history my AOS has long been completed. As a matter of fact, I am now going through Removal of Conditions. so if that is what you are saying, then what are you doing here. Retrieving information for the immigration process. NOT trying to get information to arrive here in the USA, then turn around and start asking about how to continue to stay in the country when a divorce is what's really wanted. Everyone has come acrossed something that wasnt correct when told to them on VJ and so Galaxy coming here to ask others opinions was just to be knowledgable in this for his fellow brother. Then why are you responding to a post specifically directed to Galaxy? In addition, why is his brother not asking these questions himself? Another thing is that people here are assuming that he hasn't asked outside of VJ when in fact there isnt one person in here that is a mind reader to know this. And neither are you. The saying knowledge is power ring a bell??? I honestly feel bad for those who have had there brain poisoned by society with there feelings towards Nigeria - Wrong! Please re-read my comments. I have not once mentioned Nigeria. when the fact remains that all he wanted to do was help our a brother who was actaully in my personal opinion scammed by an AMERICAN WOMAN! There its now out that we to here have scammers who are just low life individuals with nothing better to do. Sorry. This is nothing new. Its a shame that some cant face the fact that all he really is doing is trying to help out a countryman. Are you sure?

To make it easier to read, I have highlighted your original statements in red, and placed my response in blue.

Galaxy - why is someone else having to respond for you?

I find it odd that there are many messages about getting a 10 year green in several threads other than sub Saharan many days before the "friend" that he is supposedly helping posts that he is having problems. I think it odd that someone was extremely interested in how to get a 10 year green card without going through the removing conditions process ( where they have to prove a valid relationship ) and why so long before his country mate announced he had gotten kicked out of the house if all this investigation was for the other man? With that type of ability to see the future he should start buying lottery tickets and not worry about his SSN and which green card he has. I get so sick of the type of man that assumes he can make up a cover story and woman are just dumb enough to buy into it.

I suppose you would be saying the same statement if it happend to be a friend of yours then I presume????? Sometimes individuals just like to "FEED" off of what they want to hear and ignore the facts so they can be classified as glorfied #### spreaders excuse my language.

Maybe if you get don't get your visa at the interview and have to put your life on hold you will understand the absolute disgust for people that are abusing the process. Have you noticed that most "problem" petitions involve older white women with black men. There is no valid explaination for it especially when you look at other countries like the philipines where older white men are quickly granted visas for their woman. Then to see someone come here and start asking how to dump the wife and get a 10 year card without processing the removal of conditions is such a violation of the whole process. He was asking these questions about getting around the removal of conditions on dec 12th and Boye/Pine announced his problems on the 19th and seemed to have gotten a lot of support from his immigration office to the point that they were helping with the I 360. So the man in trouble doesn't need to know about sneaky ways to get a 10 year card that would happen through the I 360. I grew up on a farm and I still remember what a pile of manure smells like it and the "I was just asking to help my friend" story sure has an that odor about it.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I can speak for myself. Any comment I made here about Galaxy was not based on assumptions, but on my own personal experience with him on VJ and outside of VJ. My husband is a Nigerian and I have been with him for four years in addition to having myriads of Nigerian friends and I personally have never heard any of them refer to their country men using the words "I" or "My". I have, however, heard them refer to their fellow countrymen as "brother". The only mixup I have seen them have is with regards to gender e.g., using he for a woman and she for a man.

I had one conversation with him outside of VJ where he was asking for help for his interview of which I obliged. After I gave him the help, he wanted to continue by asking personal inappropriate questions. To say the least, I felt uncomfortable and I referred him to my husband for any further help. Not only this, but Galaxy caused the near destruction of the marriage of close friends of ours. Galaxy was told by her husband to not chat with her anymore, but he ignored him and did anyway. He does not display appropriate behavior for a happily married man. There are other examples of his odd behavior, but I think four people that have come to the same conclusion about him based on his behavior are enough. I believe he shows you only one side of himself. Four plus people who have had similar experiences with him can't ALL be wrong.

Ok so as everyone knows I do not post very often but I feel I do need to post to this. I just would like to inform everyone that Galaxy and his WIFE are friends of mine and my husbands and for the attacks towards him I just want everyone to know that he is NOT who everyone is depicting him to be. His questioning is for the man whos wife had him moved from one homeless shelter to another then into her ex husbands house. So for those of you who do not know this man and just autmatically assume hes who you think he is NOT please just take a look at his previous posts as to how he speaks before judgement is cast upon him.

Also when ones speak of how he said "I" also remember the country they come from and if you know your significant others like I assume you all do they you will remember that alot of times they speak in that term when refering to there countryman. So I just please ask for this attack to stop on a man who is just here to help others who are going through this journey of immigration as all he wants to do is help. Thank you!! Mr & Mrs Anukem.......friends of Galaxy and his Wife!

There are Nigerians in the U.S. who aid and abet fraudulent people like Galaxy. Why doesn't he get into that network? They'll do his dirty work for him.

Gosh, these guys can't function without a computer. The Nigerian "ring" of which I am familiar is in Los Angeles and if I knew more than that, I'd sure tip off USCIS. I only know this through a friend who married a Nigerian (it turned out that he was only after a GC), and within two months he was in Los Angeles with his "brothers," came back with his EAD and AOS applications already sent and a sponsor lined up. Ever since, he's been online whenever he is at home. At their GC interview, despite all kinds of red flags, no tough questions were asked -- in other words, someone had greased the wheels for him.
