Today starts my 5 days off!! Slept in until 7am, it was great! Even though I'm not at my job the rest of the week, it'll still be work. We have our county fair starting tomorrow. We take our goats to be checked in in about an hour. I am so glad I decided not to have my Tool Booth this year, I can enjoy the fair this year and help out with the churches { ...... Buffalo Burger... }

Hey, buffalo burgers are delicious! Its a lot like ground beef, but it doesn't hold its shape as well. When you bite it, you have to hold it carefully or it will crumble.

Inusah has a day off tomorrow so we are going to make it a long weekend and go see my BILs and SIL inVA. We are thinking of going to DC as well since Inusah has never been before.

Zee, DC sounds fun. It was the first place my hubby experienced in the US. He loves it. Either way, I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time.

A few years ago, I totally thought buffalo were extinct. I had no idea they were still around, until one day I was driving through Tennessee and what did I see...? A lone buffalo standing proudly on a hill. I was amazed!!!! And then I had to laugh at myself, I really thought they were extinct. So it wasn't my finest moment....but it was pretty funny.

Sent and email to embassy requesting information, offering any assistance, also let them know I understood the reasoning for the process and thanked them for their time & energy (buttering up never hurts )

Here's their response:

"This process will take several weeks or even a few months. Thank you, if we do need anything we will ask. We have learned from experience not to discuss what we are researching; when we do, our clients tend to get involved and compromise the integrity of our research."
