First investigate what documents she will need in order to get married with you in Morocco, things like Birth Certificate and proper ID.

Then check out the guides to see what documents she should bring back with her from Morocco with both your signatures so that she can file the petition right away. Documents such as g-325a, passport picture of you and evidence of bonafide marriage (maybe open a bank account with you while she is there)

Hopefully you will get better answers from people with the experience, I haven't gotten married yet but that is what I am planning to do when I do.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
