My Husband and I are confused about this G-325A?Do my husband need to fill up also the G-325A?Then another question in the Birth Certificate of my husband her parents name was Carolyn Ann Hartley and Robert Dean Hartley but in our marriage contract hie parents name is Carol Ann Hartley and Robert Don Hartley.Do we need to change the error of our marriage contract and follow his birth Certificate?Please help me...Its my first time to post here but I'm not new in this forum...Please need your advices...Thanks in Advance and Happy New Year!!! :help:

Yes, he needs to fill out G-325A as well.

Regarding the names issues..I would say it has to be the same.. it may cause you guys RFE! which means delay!

If I am wrong please someone correct me!

The above statement was right, you both have to have the G325 and the names need to be matching or it will cause some delays and possible of more documents need to be file. Like a certified documents for correction... you may need for them to have that corrected, less hassle in the long run. Get a documents proven that that's the real name for the parents and have it certified.

I seen the GAP in the time frame... INGAT!

Where are you in Cebu? My wife still there waiting for the USCIS in VSC for the NOA 2. She live with her sister in Hillside, Talanban. Goodluck!

My Husband is a soldier before but hes retired now.he did 2 tours and come back there to work as a Water technician in one military base in Iraq.

Can we used his birth certificate as a proof?I have his birth cetificate but thats not the original copy.
