I think it should be noted as well that there are plenty of folks who were not born in the UK who went through London and did NOT get put in AP. Although it seems that pretty much everyone who has been put into AP in London wasn't born in the UK, that doesn't mean if you weren't born there you will automatically be put in AP.

Ask him and he'll say no. We got a chocolate lab through his sister who is a vet. SHe had been poisoned her owner had fed her alcohol.

John is not diligent with her training, so she runs circles around him. I was there 10 days Christmas / New Year.

Why did Marie620 get denied? I just noticed on Laura's list that there was a denial. I can't see any posts from Marie around her interview date as to why that happened.

Is it unusual to get a denial at London Embassy?

If you search for her name you'll see several of her posts about it. Something to do with her husbands alcohol consumption at the medical.

It is VERY unusual for there to be a denial through London, and even more unusual that any waiver applied for to overcome the denial would similarly be denied. I believe Marie's husband is applying for a waiver, and there are several others I can think of who have gone through the process. I definitely remember one couple that ended up living in the UK having exhausted all their appeals, and that was for a drug-related conviction. There may have been another couple as well, but it is really, really rare.
