WOW! We have the visa in hand!! John paid for the "before 10AM" delivery, and at 6:30AM, the courier was standing outside with our package. Such amazing luck! I think we might have set a record for fastest visa delivery!

And first thing, we got online and bought tickets home... we fly out on Saturday, June 27th, POE Cincinnati. We don't wait around! B)

Conditions lifted: 10-16-2012
N-400 filed: 10-28-2013
N-400 approved: 03-06-2014

Well it finally had to happen from the 24th of April till today, I finally got the sms from the couriers telling me that the visa will be in my hand tomorrow between 8 and 6pm , its about blooming time. needless to say i cant concentrate i'm sooo happy, I woke up excited today for some reason, and here's why.

will be leaving on the 6th July

Hi everyone. Add us to the list, my husband has his interview on the 7th of July. We have been reading this thread religiously since we started this process in April and have gotten some great advice from you all, from what to wear to the interview to what color to paint the walls. It has been great fun reading, and now we get to participate as well.

08-Nov-2004----Met in Kuwait

23-Dec-2004----Started Dating

14-Jun-2008----Got Married

08-Apr-2009----Sent I-130 to London Embassy

16-Apr-2009----Credit Card Charged

16-Apr-2009----Received NOA1 by email

11-May-2009----Embassy Website shows they are Processing Applications filed on 16 April 2009 Wahoo!!!

18-May-2009----Embassy Website shows they are Processing Applications filed on 16 April 2009, What did they all go on holiday???

28-May-2009----4 RFE's Lots of information required sending tomorrow.

28-May-2009----Embassy Website shows they are Processing Applications filed on 01 May 2009

08-June-2009---NOA2 Wahoo!!!!!!!

WOW!! That was quick!! I might call and chase ours seeing as our Packet 3s went at the same time!

Met online ~ February 8th 2007

Met in person ~ March 1st 2007

Moved in together ~ September 20th 2007

Engaged ~ February 8th 2008

Married ~ March 1st 2009

Wedding Certificate received ~ May 6th 2009

Petition posted~ May 7th 2009

NOA1 received ~ May 13th 2009 (6 days)

Petition approved ~ June 2nd 2009 (20 days from NOA1, 26 days total)

NOA2 received ~ June 4th 2009 (22 days from NOA1, 28 days total)

Packet 3 received ~ June 12th 2009 (30 days from NOA1, 36 days total)

Packet 3 returned ~ June 15th 2009

Medical completed ~ 26th June 2009. All clear pending blood results.

Packet 4 received ~ 2nd July 2009 (50 days from NOA1, 56 days total)

Interview ~ 23rd July - APPROVED PENDING ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION (71 days from NOA1, 77 days total)

Documents sent to Embassy via SMS ~ 30th July 2009

VISA IN HAND! ~ 5th August (84 days from NOA1, 90 days total)

Current position - PACKING!!!!

Target date of The Big Move ~ October 8th 2009

08/21/2009 - AOS package sent

08/28/2009 - NOA 1 for AOS, EAD, AP

08/31/2009 - Cheque cashed

09/05/2009 - Biometrics notice received

09/23/2009 - Biometrics Appointment

09/23/2009 - I-485 Transferred to CSC

10/02/2009 - EAD Approved (card production) & AP approved!

10/11/2009 - EAD Card received

10/20/2009 - AOS approved, GC card production ordered! (53 days in total)

10/26/2009 - Green Card received - nearly 11 months to the day of our K1 NOA 1!

11/25/2009 - Started my new job!

02/26/2010 - Passed my driving test :-p

07/20/2011 - Eligible to remove conditions

2012 - Going for citizenship

09/20/2011 - Removal of conditions submitted to VSC....here we go...again!

It's been a quick and relatively painless journey thanks to tireless research, dumb luck and this community :)

DONE with USCIS for a while :)

Congratulations!! I am so happy for you guys! We have 3-weeks to go!!! I am so excited! You'll have to tell me all about the interview when you guys are back!
