Add me to the list of interview dates!!! May 19 at 8:30 am! So excited :) Hopefully May is going to be a great month for all of us again!

That's great! Now he'll get there in time for your graduation and such! Nik put down the truth, travel Sept 2009, marriage Oct 2009, so I am not expecting an interview for a long time yet. Hope nothing goes wrong! :-/

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

That's great! Now he'll get there in time for your graduation and such! Nik put down the truth, travel Sept 2009, marriage Oct 2009, so I am not expecting an interview for a long time yet. Hope nothing goes wrong! :-/

Yeah :) I am so excited! But, now he's gonna be nervous until then haha. I am just so happy to finally have a definitive date! Hopefully you will get your interview a little earlier...like July or something? That way Nik has awhile between Interview and POE.

Has anyone had an interview at 8:30? What time do you suggest getting to the embassy? I need to start preparing him now...I am hoping the more prepared he is, the less nervous he will be.

2009-06-16: Received SSN

2009-06-18: Got my degree classification! Got a 2:1 =D.

2009-07-04: Got MARRIED on Independance Day in San Antonio!

:: AOS Timeline ::

2009-08-06: Mailed off our AOS packet!

2009-08-10: USCIS received packet, no NOA1 yet

2009-08-14: NOA1, eeee!

2009-09-08: Walk-in biometrics, all done!

2009-09-15: Got AP, woo + driving permit

2009-09-25: Approved for EAD, waiting for card

2009-09-30: EAD in hand :D

2009-10-16: Received interview letter for 20th October :D

2009-10-20: AOS APPROVED!

2009-10-30: Green card in hand! Weeeeeee!

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

AOS

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

Here we go again...

10/14/11: Biometrics

7/2/12: Approved. New Card Ordered

Congrats on the date! We're pulling for a May interview ourselves. Returned packet 3 on April 11th so it seems possible they can fit us into May. I called the DOS today and still same thing.. she's been approved for a date but none has been assigned yet... sigh.

I'm done. Paperwork has arrived and that was all that was needed Should be home in a week!:D

04/25/08 - sent I-130 to Chicago lockbox

05/05/08 - received NOA1, assigned to VSC

11/07/08 - transferred to CSC

12/16/08 - NOA2 by email - I-130 approved

12/20/08 - NOA2 in mail - 240 days

12/22/08 - NVC receive package

01/05/09 - we receive AOS Bill and DS-3032

02/12/09 - medical 04th Mar 2009 - NVC Complete - 314 days

04/28/09 - interview passed - 370 days

06/20/09 - visa arrived by courier

06/21/09 - POE Dallas Fort-Worth - 398 days to gain permanent residence (CR-1)

02/22/11 - Sent I-765 to Vermont Service Center

03/03/11 - Received receipt for I-765

04/04/11 - AOS interview and biometrics in Oklahoma City - took all of 20 minutes, no sweat

Currently waiting on my 10-year Green Card - Best wishes to everyone going through their journey!
