I am very confused about the affedavit of support for my fiance's k1 visa. Last year i just started my job and on my tax return it only showed i made $10,000 on my tax return. This year i havent received my w2 yet but i have made well over the $17,500 which is the minimun for a household of two. My lawyer said i need to show my 07 tax return and if thats the case i am short and need a co sponser which is fine because my sister said she would help. I really don't want to take that route if i don't have too so i was wondering if i can show a letter from my employer and show pay stubs that i have made well over the minimun incom level this year would that be fine? If i do have to do the co sponser than what proceedure would i take. Would i send my sister a i-863 or a i-134? I am really confussed and any help would be great.

As long as you "prove" you earned over the minimum you are OK.

I-134 for both you and sister.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

If you have it before the interview date, fax your W2 or full return to your fiancee.
