I wanted to know what do I have to send to NVC if I decide to create the I-864 Fee Bill with James Shortcuts? Just the fee bill I create and the payment?

Another question... After I send this payment, do I have to wait until it is received to send the I-864 package?

If the NVC has said that the AOS fee bill has been generated you have two options:

1. Follow James' shortcuts and send them the bill with the payment. It will take about a week for them to receive and process your payment and another week or so for them to send you the I-864 package.

OR

2. Get your IIN from the NVC, pay the AOS fee bill online, wait a couple of days and then print out the I-864 coversheet needed to send the I-864 package.

Option 2 is better because it will save you weeks of waiting.
