Got NO choice but to have my medical on Jan5 &6 and wait for my interview for Jan9.

Please pray for me guys! I really appreciate those who recommended pills inorder to delay my period. But I had it now. It's really too late.. :crying:

Actually you can do the medical even if you have your period.. I had my period during my first medical.. they will just ask you to come back after your period which basically serves as your 2nd day..

You can call SLEC to confirm it at 02-5218647

sorry to hear that. but hey on the up side, why not do the med on the 27th and 28th? im sure your period will be over by then (if its just 7 days anyways) and if slec is open... i wish you luck and i think 5-6 if anything goes well, will still be a reasonable time... good luck and God bless

why cant you be on your period during the medical????

some people has misconception about it.. while actually THEY CAN HAVE THEIR MEDICAL EVEN IF THEY HAVE PERIOD.. I had my period during my medical. and several K1 visa applicants also have their period during their medical.

they could have a medical of course, but that will limit them for some other tests like urine test (the nurse told me it will change the outcome and it would be hard to read the result), plus the doc will ask you to strip naked, check everything on you, and will look down there plus ask you to open ur #######... so, i dont thing a dripping of blood is a good picture lol... if you can picture it anyways :blink: lol
