Why is it that NVC is so fast? They do not just recieve your paper and approve it? They have to also recieve additional paperwork, go through all of your documents, review your forms, they do twice as much as USCIS yet, they are very fast.

USCIS just needs to review your documents and worse case scenario sends out a letter for RFE then approve or dissapprove yet it takes them months to get this done. Why is that?

You are forgetting one thing. USCIS gets a much work load of cases than NVC.

First stage is USCIS, so anyone can apply........ONLY the APPROVED cases go to NVC PLUS only the CITIZENS of USA can bring their spouses automatically rather than waiting for their VISA number.

So think about all that reasonings :)

I agree with Trinket. As frustrating as it may seem.

Don't judge life by one different season. Perserve through the difficult patches and better time are sure to come in time. Always remember that:

(2) Trials keeps you strong.

(3) Failures keeps us humble.

(4) Success keeps you growing.
