Hi folks,

So our I130 got approved today, it is on the website. I am overjoyed. What now? What will I receive? What do I need to send them now? I am praying from the bottom of my heart for all of you, particularly people who filed Feb 08 or before!

Hi, I was approved on 10th dec as well, I am happy for you!!!!! Are you going with the k3 visa or CR-1???

We are going with the k3, I know that it is more money, but it is faster and at least we will be together when we file for the other stuff. Good luck :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Congrats. If you are going for the cr1, there are some great tips on the nvc forum to "coast through"

Good Luck with the rest of your process :D

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
