Today the wife and I got the news we have been waiting for since I mailed her packet on December 28th.

Her production card has been ordered.

We got the news as we were setting up her Infopass appointment.

02/12/08 Biometrics Completed

Good deal, when you get it then you will have the USCIS monkey off your back for at least 10 years, unless you decide on Dual-Citizenship and file N-400.

After such a long 11 months wait, you deserve it! It's good to know that the VSC is doing something, even if it takes a long long time. Too bad though, you couldn't get a refund for the I-751, as you only have the 10yr card for a short time now.

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you, TaraNJay!
