WOW!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM AT THE STAGE WHERE I CAN NOW WRITE THIS TOPIC TITLE..INTERVIEW COUNTDOWN. I USED TO ALWAYS READ OTHER PEOPLES POST ABOUT THEIR OWN COUNTDOWN AND ALWAYS FELT GREAT JOY FOR THEM. IT IT 10:05 EST TIME HERE AND 4:00 AM IN NIGERIAN TIME. IN 2 HOURS MY FIANCE WILL WAIT IN LINE FOR A VISA THAT WILL CHANGE OUR LIVES. WHAT IS FUNNY IS THAT I EXPECTED MYSELF TO BE CRYING UNCONTROLABLY OR FEELING SICK WITH BUTTERFLIES..BUT I FEEL SO AT PEACE..I CAN ONLY SPEAK FOR RIGHT NOW! I JUST ASK THAT AS YOU GUYS READ THIS TODAY THAT YOU SAY A PRAYER NO MATTER HOW LITTLE. I PRAY FOR FAVOR IN THIS CASE, AND I KNOW WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS. I WANT TO THANK ALL MY VJ MEMBERS THAT HAVE SUPPORTED ME UNTIL NOW...I WILL BE UPDATING AS SOON AS I GET THE NEWS SO PLEASE STAY POSTED!

July 9,2008----NOA-2 Approved

Oct. 16,2008----Medical exam

Dec. 15,2008---Interview Approved(Thanks GOD)

Dec. 22,2008---Visa Recieved( Thanks GOD

Jan 13, 2008----Arrive in Atlanta POE

January 15, 2009--Apply for SSN Number

Jan. 23, 2009---Married

March 2 2008----Received SSN card

March 14, 2009---Got Driver's License

AOS TIMELINE

Mar. 30, 2009: AOS/EAD/AP filled

April 7, 2009 - EAD,AP and AOS NOA notice date

April 10, 2009 - received NOA1 hardcopy for EAD,AP and AOS

April 13, 2009- received Biometrics appt scheduled April 25, 2009

April 14, 2009-Biometrics walk-in done!

April 14, 2009-Called USCIS for AP to be expedited.

April 16, 2009-AP approved YES!!

April 24, 2009-EAD Card Received!!

03/18/10 Online status indicates RFE was mailed

03/22/10 Biometrics Appt letter Received

04/12/10 Biometrics done

05/01/10 Email Notification from USCIS " Case transfered to a local office for a standard interview"

05/05/10 Interview letter received

06/17/10 Interview

06/28/10 Oath Ceremony. I am a U.S Citizen!!!
