Hi everybody,

I married in 2005, got TGC (temporary green card) in 2007 , my ex- husband divorced me in 2008, i filed removal on April 2008,( forget to tell you all. i had a felony charge against me from my ex-husband, the worst kind of people to get married to, which was later demoted to a misdemeanor and then dismissed ) , and I got my PGC (permanent green card) even without an interview on Dec. 2008!

It was a very difficult time for me to go through, but I have the faith, because my marriage is 100% true marriage. (Even with the past action on file...)

Thanks to my attorney and my friends ( they support me all the way through the tough period, my boyfriend ,my sister, and my ex- mother in law) ! my attorney's Mr. Jin S. Kim , his office is in Berkeley, he is my best attorney !

Good luck to you guys!
