I received my baby's CRBA and passport just this afternoon! Actually im not waiting for anything coz i thought that i would get it 2 weeks after i sent the addt'l docs they asked me.. I was just upstairs and my sister called me that someone from Air21 is outside,im not really expecting it!! im just so happy.. but at the same time still waiting for my case completion..

but i decided,if ever my case completed early next year and got interview before our 2nd yr. anniversary,we will leave after our anniversary,hoping to get a 10-yr green card..

am i thinking the right way??

pls advice me....

02/16/12 - mailed I-130

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

i told you sis! same thing happen to me...

anyways about your question. if you wanted to pursue IR1 be sure during the interview that its already after your second anniv. so they will give you an IR1 visa instead of CR1..

i dont think so.. ive read several post about entering on their 2nd anniv but at the POE she was still given a 2 year conditional green card...

search the topic in here maybe you will find the thread and you will know what im talking about..

it still depends on the completion of my case..bahala na nga..hehehe plan ko kasi uwi sya dito ulit nxt year mga mid of july and hopefully we could go home with him na.. 30th of july ksi anniv. nmin..

but i will still read some posts about it..
