Ok now...... I just checked my status ---- last update was 12/12/2008 for my I-130. My husband called USCIS yesterday to requested immediate action because ours is outside normal processing time. We'll see what happens by Monday. Ya'll have a great weekend!

Hello! Got an update just now ---- 12/15/2008 ------------- So far things are moving....... Got my Medical Exam done last week. Ready to file AOS, AP and EAD....but I hate leaving the house.....it's too cold outside.
