We will only be there for 4 days and the options are well...limited LOL! I might end up doing some of it there but I know that I won't be able to find a lot of what I was thinking of getting there.

Any ideas what to get for a 21 year old married Army guy? I have to get my BIL something and I hardly know him so it's pretty difficult..

If hes in country... get him blockbuster gift cards... If he is deployed...um I dont know

Or if he's like my cousin...we always get him daggers/knives, stuff from the Army/Navy stores...he digs that stuff. Find out if he loves sports as well...any sports stores in the area, a gift card there might be nice?

When hubby talks to me and i dont reply and i look like im hypnotized... he comes to the laptop's screen and says " i knew it! i knew u were on VJ!! im totally ignored" LOL we laugh it off; he only hates it when i take something on it seriously.

haha mine says "ohh this visa journey thing..you always are in visajourney...it is as A drugs to you" lmaooo

We got our own pre-approval today. Stupid mortgage broker couldn't find his bootay from a hole in the ground! He had us transferring money here, depositing, re-transferring, un-transferring...omg it was a mess!! So today we went to our bank and I said....how long would it take for me to get approved for XXX,XXX amount of money for a house...they said just a short while if ur credit is ok.....2 hours later we were approved and on our way to submit our offer to the bank. STUPID MORTGAGE BROKER!!! maaaan was he mad when we relieved him of his duties! OH well, we gotta do what gets us goin the quickest coz we won't have a home after January 1st... We NEED this done ASAP!

Anyway...we should know something by Monday at the latest as to if we are chosen to purchase this house or not. Please keep us in ur thoughts that God will make happen to us what is best for us and not just what we want ensha'allah.

I have some news. I am postponing my graduation by a year. I have looked at all my options and gone over them to the nth degree with my Adviser, My financial aid office, and Waleed. There are many good reasons for it. So many reason that it would get tedious to list them all here, so now I will be graduating Spring 2010.

Waleed will hopefully be coming here by this time next year. Yeah he gets to adapt to Winter in Moscow! He is going to take his first USMLE test in Egypt after he gets out of the Egyptian Military because he will have time to study for it and take it during the wait. Then he plans to come here and study for the two parts of part 2 of the USMLE and take those here within my last year of school before we move to where ever I get accepted to Grad School and he gets accepted in a Doctor position.

Happy Thursday everyone!! I'm soooo glad the weekend is almost here. Work has been crazy busy......I think everyone's trying to deliver their babies before X-mas. We've had over 150 deliveries since the beginning of the month......whew that's alot of diapers!!

Then he plans to come here and study for the two parts of part 2 of the USMLE and take those here within my last year of school before we move to where ever I get accepted to Grad School and he gets accepted in a Doctor position.

My husband doesn't understand my vj addiction either! He laughs and says its an immigration website aren't we done? I've tried to not get online much in the evenings but it gets addicting. I just explain we are like a big group of girls and a few guys that have become internet attached!!

Amal..I hope it works out in whatever way is the best for you!!! I know all of this is aggravating! Please let us know and send us some pictures!!! When we move and Dad and Ayman are finished remodeling our new place I will post some pics.

Babynursetobe!!...We know what everbody was doing in the spring time huh? I have two neighbors that are L&D nurses...what a wonderful experience. Take care and don't work too hard!
