The closing went smoothly and today is Day 2 of moving. We were unable to do much yesterday because it was raining. Today is also raining and ice rain all day but we rented a truck. Some furniture and my mattress is also getting delivered today so I've gotta get up there soon.

Good luck on your move Treble! Moving is never fun, but when you're moving into somewhere you love it makes it much less painful. And congrats on your painless settlement.
