07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

lol Tamara, how did you know I was counting the hours, ha ha. I still have so much to get done!

I told him to call me collect from JFK but he didn't and his next flight leaves in an hour :( I hope he is okay.

Its so foggy here today I cant see the houses across the street. its kinda cool, as long as I dont have to drive.

Happy Wednesday! It's actually cold here! When I took my son to school, it was 32 degrees outside, raining, and windy!!! :dance: They said there is a slight chance for flurries :dance::dance: I stopped at Starbucks and got a caramel macciato for me and a straight coffee for hubster. Today is his 3 year USArrival anniversary! I want soup and coffee now.....

Visa approved-December 2005, 1 week later after supplying "more information"

Arrived U.S.A.-December 2005

Removed Conditions-September 2008

Divorced in December 2013

Thanks everyone, I appreciate all your comments. I am really excited though I feel like the house is never going to be perfect, lol. I just keep cleaning, but it is about that time to actually get myself ready! I made a pineapple upside down cake this morning for him. I hope he will like it. It is one of my favorite things to bake.

Amal, it looks like our husband's will share the same entry date to the US!

S&S I'm so excited for you!!!

Tasha, no I didn't see him, I just saw the catering truck and all of the other trucks lined up. A few peeps went at lunch to try to catch a glimpse but it's raining so I passed. Now..if it were Mark I'd have been there in a ny minute!!!
