Everyone I just want to share what happen to my visa status,my fiancee made a call today directly to Ms.Grace finally he get through but I have a very bad news after he ask about my status of visa.they have different answer, call center says 3 weeks ago that its been printed but Ms.Grace says they still waiting for my CNCC,and that makes me call HK Police Officer today, but HK officer said that they send it Oct.20 so I ask the reference # to track it then when my fiance call back again and give the rfe # to Grace she said they recieve it OCt.29..NOW....this makes me really feel bad at this moment becauae USEM dont work your paper if you dont follow-up it..for those who have same situation like mine make sure you have rfe # so that they will check and work for your visa..imagine that I have been waiting for 2 months for nothing..

Hello girl, what was that RFE#? I submitted personally the requested doc (nbi with a.k.a.) on November 24 and til now still waiting for my visa...

Honestly, I don't (or should I say nobody) really know if that Grace or Lorraine are telling the truth... They are giving people different answers... This is the reason I don't want to call them, it's like we're going to waste money...

In your case, you were interviewed on October (1st week) right? Don't you think the reason (also) for the delay is the document verification? Those were interviewed from September til October (2nd week) are still waiting for their visas (well thank God coz many of them just got their visas--I think the start of 3rd week of November)... To add, VJ members who submitted documents on November 12 already got their visas, therefore, I am not losing hope about our case, I believe in the coming days we will get ours

P.S.

Send me message so we can keep each other posted.. God bless us...

You mean, they already received your police clearance and yet they haven't merged it with your other documents (because they don't know?)... Wow, you should have demanded the HK to just send you the document, so to make sure that people from USEM know what to do with that document...

Jen I dont have idea wether they know it or just dont care, first call this morning Ms.Grace said that they are still waiting for my CNCC then right after that call I made a call to HK and ask if they really send it and the woman i ask for it said that they were going to check first so then they confirm that they really send it so I ask the reference number because Ms Grase ask to my fiance if he have the reference number, then after i made a call from HK my fiance call again and give that said # to her then thats the time she said that they got it last Oct 29,I dont know when and to whom I believe.

thank you steve, yeah for me its bad experience and for those who are in process of visa that never been outside of the country are very lucky..thats why i post this so that members who have some additional documents that need to forward to USEM should have to aware this.

^^Ok, I got the scenario now... When your HK police clearance reached the embassy, the embassy basically JUST received it without merging it or searching what's that document for...

They can just look on the document's info (name etc..) and search for your file with them or simply verify if the owner of that police clearance has a pending case with them...

Therefore, they don't care... that's why, it's really better to submit it in person, so they know what's that for... Good thing that your fiance' called them...
