So what is the real question?

A. You need money to buy the son a ticket to fly here?

B. You don't have enough money to feed him when he's here?

C. Your in-law relatives don't want to help out?

D. You want to know if the K-2 Visa expired, can the boy get another Visa?

E. Your financial status is not feasible to bring him here?

F. Your two children from previous marriage are living with you? or Child support cuts into the available funds?

G. Can you file I-130 after the Visa expires?

H. All of the Above?
