Hey guys, maybe you can help us with this. My wife and I have already filed the I-751 to remove the conditional status on her residence, but we have not received any response. In fact, we never received a letter asking for our I-751, which I thought we would, but we went ahead and filed anyway because we're less than 60 days from the two year anniversary of her green card issue.

So we're going to be moving before we receive a response on our I-751. Do we need to file the AR-11 and I-865, or do we only have to file the AR-11 or online change? Am I able to change our address online, or does my wife have to do it? The explanation on the USCIS website is confusing.

I'm just ready to be done with this whole process... USCIS has been a nightmare to deal with.

the non-USC needs to fill out the online AR-11 .. filling out the online AR-11 changes you address on most pending petitions too..

the USC needs to file the I-865, this can only be mailed in...
