Hello guys! I getting ready for my interview....On packet 3 I read this:

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: Evidence that shows the applicant(s) is/are not likely to become a public charge in the United States. Such evidence may include documentary proof of: (1) the applicant’s personal assets that would be available in the United States

Now...I own a house in US (I'm the only owner of it) and me and my fiance will go and live in that house. I got a loan here in Italy to pay it and I was wondering if I should declare it or if it doesn't really matters? Anybody knows what should I do? Thank you for your help!!!

First of all - the sponsor (who completes the Affidavit of Support I-134) must be the US citizen (the fiancé/spouse). Is that you?

No, I'm the beneficiary. my fiance already sent me the I134 ... I was just asking if I should declare that I own a house there or if it doesn't matter and I just need to show that my fiance make enought money to support me...

There is no way for the beneficiary to declare real property. Does your fiancé earn 125% or more than the poverty guidelines (for two people, you and her, it would be $17,500 -a bit more if you plan to live in Alaska or Hawaii)?
