They are not gonna approve you. They didn't approve my step-kids expedite when they were in an earthquake and left homeless without running water, shelter, electricity, heat, etc in the winter. I could be wrong, but I highly doubt they will approve it.

Hey Aldarita,

I think you should not tell your full name on public forum like you did in your other posting. Also, i want to tell you please if you want to send it to them call first to know what they want you to send because you do not want to look like an idiot. These people at VSC are not the friendliest to deal with. They told me the same thing but I never even resent anything because they wont accept it because they are *******.
