NVC shortcuts

ok I have seen NVC shortcut refered to many times and others way to make things go faster.Where would I find these shortcuts or can some one tell me what they are?

Maybe a good thread to start would be things we can do to make things go faster

However, please note that the only valid version is the one in the VJ Wiki (the one in Em4oAndKrisi's signature).

The link to the thread in E-migra's response is out of date, and should not be used.

I've asked the Mods to delete that thread...but they're only interested in deleting other threads.
