what did you wear to your interview?

i went out today to look a a suit for my interview but everything i saw was horrible. :(

did everyone wear a suit to their interview? i'm thinking of wearing something else smart but i don't know if that is a good idea. anyone have any thoughts on this? thanks. :)

I wore jeans and a t-shirt and the majority of the other people there were similarly attired. Bear in mind that the ConOff will only be able to see you from the shoulders up.

oh ok. thanks! that has put my mind at rest, trying to buy a skirt suit at this time of year seems impossible.

maybe i should wear something low cut and hope i get a man? :lol:

i think i'm going to wear a shirt with a sweater and hope i'm warm enough!

sometimes i think life would be easier as a man, suits for men are so much easier!

there are lots of advantages to being female, i must admit. i like how we have first choice over men (in good company anyway). that makes up for everything. :)

Actually I had two very good looking young men - a British one who did the first interview bit and looked through the papers and a very cute American guy for the main interview.

Obviously am a happily married woman etc but it certainly made the whole experience more pleasant! ;)

Rocks, you can turn up in your undercrackers for all they care - it's a total non-issue. I saw a load of metal-heads at my interview, in camo shorts, Doc Martins, and black band t-shirts: nobody batted an eyelid.
