hi,

everyone i have been reading so many of you guys posts ,it has been very informative you guys are doing a wonderful job. am in the process of sending my petition for my fiance.

the question i want to ask is if it is possible for me to sign my finace`s G-325A form ? the reason is that i want to save some money doing so ,i really don`t want to send it to nigeria by mail because it will cost me a lot

your fiance has to file their forms there is no way out either you mail it to them? -or they download the form and fill everything in and sign and send it to you in mail, or you take a trip to nigeria or vice verse. Sorry but no way out its all costing money:(

27 Feb. 2006: K1 petition sent to Nebraska Service Centre

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

you might put your whole petition in jeopardy by forging. whats a few dollars to spend for your own peace of mind? with all that is going on with USCIS. i agree with tracyTN. forging is a criminal offense.

how about just have your fiance print the forms out and have them send it over. itll cost you a bit. rather than sending your fiance the form and have them fill it out and send it over again.

You can do as Lina suggested above. Your fiance can download the form, fill it out, sign it and send it to you. That way, you don't have to waste time by having to mail the stuff to Nigeria and then have those things mailed back to you in the US.

she will have to send that to NVC herself too..
