I really do pray that VCS goes by the NOA1 date from your i-130!!! That means i should be approved much earlier than i was expecting! I got my noa1 for my i-130 in May! but my noa1 for my i129f only in august. do you think this could actually be good news for me??

Same question here as well, I have my I-130 in June 16 and I-129F is in September. Is that a good news for me?

Another thing is, the tracking number I have for my I-129f gives invalid in USCIS.GOV webpage...Does anybody facing thing kind of problem or does anybody ever faced this type of matter earlier in this forum...any info?

Yes I think this is good news for you. If they have not asked for any additional paper work, then that means that they have every thing that they need from you. I am praying for you as well, I know what it feel like to be with out the one that you love. :wub:

ok!!! Lets face it...For the whole week, I could hardly found 3/4 VJers got approval and more likely from CSC (Transfered from VSC in Early and mid November). What difference gonna make to VSC for Chrismas holidays? They r actually passing the whole month of Chrismas (actually that's what seems to me in open and realistic eyes).

I am really depressed. However, my hubby and I are planning to have a trip in January (Will Visit the TAJ MAHAL in agra, Delhi, Jaipur, Ajmir). This will be our second honeymoon (First one was in Malaysia). I hope, I will have to go for couple of more honeymoons till I get my approval...he he he.... Does any of my fellow members wanna join us? It will be great fun with broken Hearted couples at Taj Mahal!!!!

I think there's two approvals so far.

I also believe ladydaisy2003 is a K-3 that was approved on 12/3/08. Their timeline only reflects CR-1 but if you look at their post from yesterday, they said both their CR-1 and K-3 petitions were approved. I found an earlier post confirming that they had filed a I-129F.

WHAT IS GOING ON AT VERMONT THIS WEEK!!!! Not one approval!!!

AAARRRGGGGGGG!!!! LOL Sorry iam very frustrated! as im sure all of you are too! I just really dont get this process. To keep loved ones apart for so long is just so cruel! Especially this time of year! I just wanna start my new life with my husband and have my happily ever after! lol

Maybe....... Just Maybe they are holding all the approvals for this month until Christmas Eve. :innocent:

I'm just dreaming...

I want to start my life with my husband. My kids are waiting for him to be with us. Another Christmas without my beautiful husband.... I don't understand VERMONT.

I'm missing my husband so much. It is so hard to be apart from him.

I called my attorney hoping to get some answers. He said he doesn't know of any unusual delays at Vermont and he said to be patient. The approval will come. He said there is still time for an approval before Christmas. :whistle:

After reading the posts... I'm not counting on it.... It is hard to stay positive when you have waited for so long.... :angry:

Hello guys,

I also have same question about Vermont Service Center. Why the Vermont Service Center is very very very slow to process the K-3 visa... :angry::angry: ? Sometime feel like it that what's the benefits are we getting as US Citizen. We still have to wait and the people who are coming from other country on H1 visa. They can bring their spouse(s) with them in month or so... why and how?

Mumbai consulate received K-3 package on 12/20/08. They confirmed receipt today as well as confirmed that the mailed Packet 3 Instructions to my wife. Wife will download Packet 3 forms tomorrow and I will work with her to get everything ready and sent by tomorrow or Thursday.

Mumbai Consulate is closed Thursday and Friday so not expecting a response from them until next week.
