We are sending off our application to remove conditions in 2 weeks time for myself and my son and we dont have much evidence which is worrying me, what do you think?

Copy of greencard for myself and my son

copy of my driving license and my husbands driving license

pictures fron the 2 year span of our marriage

Itinieries of trips taken together since we got married

Tax transcripts for the last 2 years showing that we filed jointly as a married couple

Copy of lease showing both our names on it

Joint bank statements for the last 2 years

joint car insurance

4 affidavits from friends notarized

Utility bills in my husbands name showing our address

My credit card bill showing our address

Letters and cards from friends addressed to both of us at our address.

We do not have any joint utility bills or credit cards. Our health insurance we do not have together as it is cheaper to get it seperately through our different employers. Do you think we have enough? or can you suggest anything else that we may be able to use.

Many Thanks

  • 3 weeks later...

OK so i need to get this packet off in the mail tomorrow... I just want to check the fees, I am right in thinking that it is $545 for myself including biometrics fee and $80 for my son for his biometrics?
