Hey i have a question about the I-134 form. Is it required to send a copy of your last tax returns or only if you are self employed? on the instructions it ask for a

B. Statement of your employer on business stationery,revealing:

1. Date and nature of employment;

2. Salary paid;

3. Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

OR

C. If self-employed:

1. Copy of last income tax return filed; or

2. Report of commercial rating concern.

Had anybody had any problems with this?

Tax return is not required (unless self employed) but can't hurt as further supporting evidence (I think many people do submit their most-recent return even though they may not be self employed).

Tax return is not required for the I-134, however the Packet 3 requires it in addition to the I-134. (At least MY packet 3 does...)

Tax return is not required for the I-134, however the Packet 3 requires it in addition to the I-134. (At least MY packet 3 does...)

See the guides for the best practices. The I-134 itself is outdated and not required but it is best practice to use it and to provide the last three years tax returns or transcripts even if not self employed.
