What "rule of law" means,

Congratulations :star:

i have a question.. how did you answer this question ? what is rule of law ?

everybody must obey the law

leaders must obey the law

goverment must obey the law

no one is above the law

do we have to say all ? or only one ?

I think there is no common agreement on that one.

I would say that the answers have different meanings and it doesn't just ask for one answer and so you must give all four answers. Others might say, you only need to give one answer. Personally I think, it's not too hard to memorize all four answers and if you know them, you can go into the interview with a good feeling. You never know how "picky" the IO is. I just remember the question about Selective Service which the IO asked blessings2us. The IO wasn't happy with the answer that males have to register at age 18, but she wanted to hear that males between the age 18 and 26 have to register.

I heard that USCIS was going to start using digital photos on certificates instead of hand gluing photos on. I was just wondering if the photo is a part of the paper or still glued on? :)

It's still glued on. Of course that still makes it easy to counterfeit by taking the original picture off and putting another picture on. So, digital might be a good idea.

I'd still like to know about aizi's photo.

The above is not legal advice.

It is either from research or merely my opinion.

They all mean the same thing (you could put an "=" between the answers), so I would think one answer would be sufficient.

also the question what does the judicial branch do?

reviews laws

explains laws

resolves disputes

decides if a law goes against the constitution

any one or all above?

In my opinion these are four different answers which don't mean exactly the same thing and that's why you have to give all four answers. I think this might even have been one of my interview questions...

Mandatory? No...

But highly recommended even by USCIS (see page 39 of The Guide to Naturalization).

The above is not legal advice.

It is either from research or merely my opinion.

Changing your status at SSA is nothing to do with your passport. But changes your status from Immigrant to Citizen status. It is recommeded just so they have accurate and up to date information on you, shows also that you would not be a charge on anyone should you claim benefits.
