Hey everybody,

I made a K-1 with this Colombian girl and got a NOA1 on 11/19/07. We ended the relationship soon after but I didn't send a cancel letter until I got a RFI on 2/20/08. I sent the cancelation letter soon after with a copy of the RFI and all the info. I could think to send. I've never got any response case closed letter or e-mail . I registered my e-mail at USCIS

So I just happened to meet another Colombian girl and on 4/23/08 I recieved a NOA1 from the K-1 I made with her.

I haven't heard anything what so ever for 7 months now.

Anybody know what's happening or what I should do ?

Thanks in advance for any info.

Rodney

Also I did fully answer the question on the I-129 form that asked if I have ever made a visa before

Ok, I don't really know but this seems weird to me.

Have you already started a service requested with USCIS? You can do that as soon as you are over the current processing time which I think you probably are. USCIS then has 45 days to repsond and will most likely give you an answer on what is happening.

Another option is to go to an infopass appointment. You might end up with the same at the end though. They will probably just start a sevrice request too.

Good luck!!

Seems that there are always a few people with the same date waiting longer than other (like in my case skeez&titanic and us). This is so weird.

I wonder what USCIS does with those petitions.
