I checked Delbros website awhile ago and this appeared:

2008-11-28 11:25:55 SHIPMENT RELEASED BY THE EMBASSY

Does it mean my visa is on the way to DELBROS? I just want to make sure cuz I don't want to expect things it might made me go crazy again.

April 22, 2008 I-129F NOA1
Aug. 25, 2008 I-129F NOA2
Aug. 28, 2008 NVC left
Sept. 09, 2008 Consulate received
Sept. 16, 2008 Appointment notice received
Sept. 23, 2008 Filed Jap. police clearance
Sept. 24-25, 2008 Medical exam Done. Thank God I'm healthy
Oct. 03, 2008 Interview date
Nov. 11, 2008 Got a call from Jap. Embassy PC ready for pick up
Nov. 13, 2008 Picked up and submitted the Police clearance to USEM
Nov. 28, 2008 Visa is ready for delivery
Dec. 02, 2008 Visa in transit to Cebu (delayed bcuz Dec. 1 was holiday)

^^^Wow, this means it's moving!!!! I'm very happy that all those who are waiting for a long time are now about to receive their visas and this means that I'm gonna receive mine soon!!!

Yes Tedjen, our papers are moving. In my case, I was delayed because of my Jap. police clearance thing but thanks God my visa is on the way. You'll get your visa probably 1st week of Dec as long as you don't have lacking documents. I hope to those who are waiting longer than me I pray that you'll get yours too sooner before christmas. God bless.

Girl, I am happy coz I saw your timeline, I also had to submit the NBI clearance with a.k.a... I had my interview on Nov. 21 and submitted that lacking document on November 24...

I have been researching/reading same cases as mine and now I saw again (your case) and you gonna receive your visa in 2 weeks!
