Hi! Aside from the passport/birth certificate of the US citizen, what other documents could show proof of his US citizenship. Is there such a thing as certified copy of the passport or something like that? Thank you in advance!...

you can also include tax returns, voters cards, bank accounts, rental lease or mortgage info. and don't forget the Social Security card copy too. Hope this helps some!

those documents do not prove US Citizenship. you can have him send you a certified copy of his Birth Certificate.

Hi there..u need to submit Original proof of US Citizenship..they dont accept certified copy..they want to see original.

I asked my husband to send me his birth certificate and also a notarized copy of his passport (I called up Air21, the one who sent me the forms and they said that a duplicate copy will do). What other documents did you submit? I would really appreciate it those who already got approved would provide specific documents that they submitted during the process. Thank you very much.

conception records..you can get copy from bureau of immigration for his poe..and exit ..im also in the same boat just filling another CRBA for sophia msg me jonah_abalon18@yahoo.com
