Sorry I'm one of these people who is always worried I'm not doing something right!

I just received my Package 3 in the mail yesterday. I have a few questions and I'm sure the consulate will be tired of me asking them! I am on E/I (maternity leave) so is my current employer the place I worked at - or is it EI? Also 10 years ago I was on EI for maternity leave with my other daughter - so is that timeframe listed as EI as well? My husband has no middle name so do I put n/a in the field? I don't plan on working anytime soon because of moving to a huge city and my kids are use to a small town. I'm staying home with them so do I put unknown in the box for intended occupation?

Do I fill out this form for my daughter as well... I don't think so but the instructions are vague and well - I'm paranoid! lol Also the filing fee that I pay at Scotia Bank - do I pay it for both of us or just myself? It really doesn't say and well I don't want anything to screw this up! We've waited three years to be together...

Please bear with me - I know I'm just driving myself nuts but I want everything perfect!

Thanks

** Sorry I forgot to ask.... do I fill out multiple page #2's for my travel to the USA or just put the extra lines on a blank page of paper? I have been to the USA 9 times but never for longer than a couple of weeks.. why do they only give you three blanks!!!

No, you're still employed with your company so list them - EI is not an employer, yes you can enter n/a for your husbands middle name, yes, enter unknown.

Do I fill out this form for my daughter as well... I don't think so but the instructions are vague and well - I'm paranoid! lol Also the filing fee that I pay at Scotia Bank - do I pay it for both of us or just myself? I know what you mean as my son is 16 and there's no real directions regarding kids. I went the K3 route & I had to pay for my son as well as myself, at Scotiabank (they interviewed him for about 30 seconds - no word of a lie - and it cost around $1000 to get him there for that!)

Please bear with me - I know I'm just driving myself nuts but I want everything perfect!

Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions

Thanks

You're very welcome! Good luck!
