Annulment

My fiancee is in the Philippines, she has a very good friend ( also in the Philippines) who is in the process of annulment. she is engaged to a guy from Connecticut I think. I have suggested that they join VJ to have a better resource for information. but in the meantime, their question is:

when should they begin collecting evidence of a relationship? Should they provide all supporting evidence, or should the evidence begin the day after the annulment is final?

Does anyone have any bad experience with the USCIS or the Manila embassy being strict about this?

Thanks

A relationship is often over well before it's legally over. The more evidence of a bona-fide relationship you have the better.

Thanks VJers, I will pass the info along to them. They have already been collecting evidence, they were just wondering in the consulate would have a problem with the overlap in relationships.
