If we decide to get marry and go thru a CR1, do you know if we receive any kind of expedite at USCIS?

Because all the process of background check was done.

Please share your experiences????? Thanks.

nope... you will be taken off the K-1 bus, returned to the starting point, put on the immigrant visa bus, to re-start the journey from the very beginning.

YMMV

My visa it is not stuck at NVC it is here at the Consulate, I got my interv letter and I requested to them a new date for the interview next year. There is a personal problem on this with my financial responsabilities with my mother.

Thanks
